Merck & Co. is recruiting a Regional Sales Director for the East Region in the United States within the Immunology Sales organization.

This field-based leadership role oversees District Managers and field sales reps, driving region-wide P&L and strategic engagement with payers and providers. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing with strong leadership, omnichannel execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or managed care within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years' experience building and managing customer relationships.
• Resident of the region with the ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips within the assigned territory.

• Own the customer portfolio and overall customer experience across team touchpoints.
