Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 15+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
• 10+ years leading patient services, engagement, support, or market access functions.
• Demonstrated success building patient support programs and hub operations.
• Significant experience with product launches and commercialization strategies.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare ecosystem, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy.
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-prescription patient journey strategy across immunology portfolio.
• Design and optimize patient engagement programs to improve therapy initiation and persistence.
• Build and scale high-performing patient engagement organization for current and future needs.
