Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking the Head of Immunology Patient Engagement to design and execute a comprehensive patient journey across immunology products.

You will shape engagement programs, leverage data-driven insights, and lead a cross-functional team to enhance access, initiation, adherence, and persistence. 10+ years of leadership in patient services, engagement, or related functions.
Proven success building patient support programs, hub operations, and engagement models.
Experience with launch readiness and commercialization of new products.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end post-prescription patient journey across the immunology portfolio.
Design and optimize patient engagement programs to improve initiation, adherence, and persistence.
Ensure integrated patient experience across human support, digital platforms, hub operations, nursing, and specialty pharmacy partners.
Identify access barriers and operational gaps impacting outcomes; translate insights into measurable improvements.
Build and scale a high-performing patient engagement organization; lead senior leaders and foster collaboration.
Drive launch readiness planning and alignment with product objectives across functions.
