You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Digital, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance teams to optimize access, adherence, and outcomes while managing vendor relationships and ensuring top-tier patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry with patient engagement focus.
• Proven track record leading patient support programs and hub operations.
• Strong collaboration with commercial, medical, digital, analytics, legal and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rare Disease Patient Engagement function, overseeing patient experience, specialty pharmacy operations, hub operations, and patient support programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve patient access, therapy initiation, adherence, and long-term outcomes.
• Lead specialty pharmacy partnerships and patient support services including adherence, lab monitoring, and patient assistance programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated patient engagement solutions in a complex matrix environment.
• Manage external vendors to ensure compliance and high-quality patient experiences.
• Establish and monitor KPIs like time-to-first-fill, adherence, retention and program effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, insights, and technology.
