Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, biostatistics, analytics, life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or public health.
• 12+ years in healthcare analytics with 6+ years leading teams.
• Proven ability translating analyses into actionable insights and narratives.
• Expertise in advanced analytics, RWE, and KPI design.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy in healthcare analytics.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the Medical Affairs analytics center of Excellence.
• Drive predictive analytics and AI/ML solutions.
• Own executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Deliver insights to inform strategy and planning.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams for data-driven decision making.
• Ensure data governance and scalable analytics ecosystems.
