Job summary

Syneos Health in Cincinnati is seeking a capable pharmaceutical sales representative to execute the sales plan and present disease expertise to physicians, healthcare providers and clinic staff. You will manage an assigned territory with strategic calls to ensure regular coverage, using all marketing materials while adhering to corporate policies.

The role requires a BA/BS degree, 2+ years of direct healthcare sales experience and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel, including

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 2+ years’ direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare.
• Primary Care experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers and serve as a disease expert/resource.
• Plan and organize territory coverage according to a plan of action.
• Utilize marketing and selling materials for audience including specialty physicians and healthcare clinic personnel.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the territory.
