Job summary

Incyte Corporation in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dynamic Immunology/ Dermatology field sales leader to drive the launch of a first‑in‑class HS therapy. You will coach Therapeutic Specialists, translate brand strategy into execution, and build regional plans to achieve launch and growth targets.

The role requires deep experience in specialty markets, cross‑functional collaboration, payer and access knowledge, and a track record of leading high‑performing sales teams in fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic, injectable biologics, or oral JAK with a strong track record of results.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership experience coaching and developing sales talent (first‑line leadership preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
• Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.
• Lead regional business plans to achieve sales and performance objectives for the HS portfolio.
• Translate national strategy into local market action plans and strong account planning.
• Provide field coaching through ride-alongs and joint calls to build skills.
• Identify, develop, and retain top talent and future leaders.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to execute regional launch strategies.
• Deliver against launch and growth targets from pre‑launch through maturity.
• Analyze regional performance data to identify opportunities and optimize resources.
• Navigate payer, reimbursement, and access dynamics, including prior authorization and formularies.
• Lead teams in access and fulfillment processes with Market & Patient Access.
• Support customer offices to overcome access barriers and understand benefit verification.
• Provide field insights to inform strategy and tactical refinement.
• Experience with HUB services and patient support programs is required.
• Build and maintain relationships with dermatology stakeholders and key accounts.
• Implement institutional and local market strategies to drive launch adoption.
