Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Director, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight across immunology clinical trials and post-marketing studies. You will work with RWLP management to shape proposals, timelines, and regulatory-compliant study designs, while mentoring teams and enhancing operational processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, development of publications, and advancing RWLP capabilities in epidemiologic methods and real-world evidence.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health required.
• Experience with post-marketing and late-phase designs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Lead development of study documents including protocol, CRF, SAP and SOPs.
• Facilitate scientific advisory boards for safety studies and disseminate findings.
• Collaborate across RWLP/Company to expand global opportunities and proposals.
• Develop abstracts, podium presentations and manuscripts for industry and journals.
• Train RWLP staff on epidemiologic designs and regulatory expectations.
