Syneos Health seeks a seasoned Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific strategy and study designs for late‑stage immunology programs. You will guide protocols, analysis plans, and reporting while partnering with RWLP, PM, and operations on global opportunities.

You will oversee scientific oversight across projects, develop trainings on design and guidelines, and contribute to publication deliverables, fostering collaboration with sponsors and investigators.

Qualifikationen

• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Masters; Doctorate preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of study designs including post-marketing and late-phase trials.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; team leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee study start-up and ongoing management with protocol, CRF, SAP, SAS/Study reports development.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic designs and guidelines for RWLP/Company.
• Collaborate to develop business opportunities and deliver proposals and presentations.
