Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to provide scientific leadership across immunology clinical trials and post-marketing safety initiatives. You will work with RWLP management to develop proposals, oversee study design and reporting, and advance epidemiologic methods within a global organization.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health, strong communication skills, and a track record in leadership and collaboration

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials.
• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health.
• Requires knowledge of a variety of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase studies is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientific resource for RWLP management and other functions providing expertise in multiple scientific areas.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project management to oversee study startup and ongoing management, including study documents and reports.
• Develop and peer-review protocol, CRFs, SAP, study management plans, and reports; facilitate scientific advisory boards.
• Educate RWLP/Company on epidemiologic study designs and guidelines.
• Help build organizational capacity and improve processes for non-traditional site management and RWLP SOPs.
• Collaborate to develop business opportunities in post-marketing safety commitments and risk management.
• Develop relationships with sponsors, thought-leaders, and investigators.
• Lead authorship of abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations.
