Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight of immunology programs and post-marketing initiatives. You will partner with RWLP management, business development, and operations to win opportunities and drive high-quality study designs.

You will develop protocols, analysis plans, and scientific papers while mentoring teams across functions to deliver timely results and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials with advanced epidemiology training.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; masters preferred, doctorate beneficial.
• Experience with diverse study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs.
• Basic skills in SAS, R, or Python for analyses and reporting.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and team collaboration; demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and senior leadership across functions.
• Lead development and delivery of proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight to projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Oversee study start-up and ongoing management; develop protocols and analysis plans.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic designs and regulatory guidelines for the org.
• Collaborate to build opportunities in post-marketing safety commitments and risk management.
• Publish abstracts, author articles, and present at industry venues.
