Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a seasoned Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead the immunology epidemiology program. You will oversee study designs, analyses, and scientific deliverables while collaborating across RWLP, BD, and operations to win opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, advanced training in epidemiology, and strong communication. Hybrid or on-site work options may be available as part of our flexible environment.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; (Masters; Preferred Doctorate).
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late phase designs; guidelines preferred.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong teamwork.
• Demonstrated leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and senior leadership across functions.
• Collaborate with RWLP management, BD, and operations to develop and win global business opportunities; lead proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Oversee study start-up and ongoing management with project managers; develop protocols, CRFs, analysis plans, SOPs, and reports.
• Train RWLP staff on epidemiologic designs and guidelines; build organizational capacity and improve processes.
• Develop sponsorship relationships, deliver abstracts and manuscripts, and promote services through publications.
