Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology to support the Harrisburg, PA territory.

You will present complex clinical and business information to healthcare professionals and influence decision makers to drive product adoption and patient outcomes. The role includes attaining sales objectives and building relationships with physicians, offices, and hospitals within a defined geography.

Qualifications

Our minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
Must reside near the geography or be willing to relocate.
Minimum of two years of direct selling to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/device/healthcare, large accounts, B2B, or military transition.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for attaining sales objectives, presenting complex clinical and business information to office and institutional Dermatology healthcare professionals, government agencies, professional and patient groups, health plans and others in the decision-making process.
Influence decision makers and influencers to support product use by developing clinical and business expertise and effective selling skills.
Execute local marketing strategies, leveraging resources and working with team members to enhance results.
Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers within the local healthcare provider systems.
Travel to covered geography as required.
