Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required (e.g., PhD, PharmD), or equivalent, and 8+ years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, and/or medical field experience preferred.
• OR Master’s degree, preferably in life sciences, and 12+ years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, and/or medical field experience, or OR Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, and 15+ years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, and/or medical field experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead disease area strategy and align Clinical Science activities with program goals.
• Standardize Clinical Science approaches across the portfolio and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide senior scientific guidance to study teams and governance discussions.
• Contribute to governance reviews and senior management communications with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and coach Clinical Scientists and other staff; promote inclusion and teamwork.
