Job summary

BioAgilytix seeks a Scientist to independently lead routine assay execution, review data, and troubleshoot issues across laboratory operations and project teams. You will contribute to scientific documentation, training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, adherence to regulatory standards, and timely study delivery, with opportunities to develop advanced immunoassay methodologies and report preparation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
At least six years of relevant scientific experience.
Equivalent combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

Independently lead routine assay execution for assigned studies per approved methods and quality standards.
Review data, perform trend checks, and interpret routine assay outcomes.
Troubleshoot recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Draft or contribute to reports, summaries, and other documentation.
Coordinate day-to-day assay activities with labs, quality, and project teams.
Support investigations of assay issues and participate in continuous improvement.
Assist with training on routine procedures and adherence to safety and regulatory expectations.
Contribute to SOP updates and controlled document revisions.
Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and manage changing demands.
