BioAgilytix Labs, LLC in Durham, NC is seeking a scientist to lead routine assay execution and data interpretation within a fast-paced bioanalytical laboratory. You will collaborate across operations, quality, and project teams to keep studies moving, review results, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to method development and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline required.
• Six years of relevant scientific experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead routine assay execution for assigned studies following approved methods and quality standards.
• Review data, perform trend checks, and interpret results.
• Troubleshoot recurring issues and implement corrective actions or escalation plans.
• Draft or contribute to reports, summaries, and other scientific documentation.
• Coordinate day-to-day assay activities with stakeholders to support study timelines.
• Assist with training on routine procedures and promote safety and documentation compliance.
• Contribute to SOP updates and controlled document revisions.
