Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC in North Carolina is seeking an Associate Scientist to contribute to assay development, validation, transfer, qualification and sample analysis, applying established lab methods with sound scientific judgment. You will organize data, document observations, and collaborate with Scientists and project partners to ensure studies are accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

The role offers ownership of assigned work and opportunities across immunoassay platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline with at least four years of lab experience.
• Experience with immunoassay platforms (ELISA, MSD-ECL, Gyrolab, Luminex) preferred.
• Ability to follow approved methods and document data accurately.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assay runs supporting development, validation, transfer, qualification, or analysis.
• Prepare study materials, samples, reagents, controls, and other lab resources.
• Follow SOPs, study protocols, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Document experimental activities and deviations in approved systems.
• Prepare routine study worksheets and data capture forms.
• Support method qualification and study readiness.
• Communicate technical observations and progress to scientists and supervisors.
• Strengthen technical proficiency and CRO workflow understanding.
• Perform other responsibilities based on project and lab needs.
