Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform routine assays and maintain high-quality documentation in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare samples, review data, and support study updates across multiple client projects with strict timelines.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, cross-functional communication, and ongoing onboarding of new analysts, while ensuring compliance and lab readiness for diverse assays and studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 3 years of lab experience.
• Experience with immunoassay platforms.
• Strong data review and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assays and related lab activities using approved SOPs with minimal oversight.
• Prepare reagents, standards, controls, samples, and dilutions.
• Review raw data and lab records for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare data summaries, study updates, and presentation materials.
• Troubleshoot assay, equipment, workflow, and documentation issues.
• Support peer review of data and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory readiness: materials, equipment, workspace.
• Onboard and train Analysts on techniques and workflows.
• Communicate study progress and scheduling to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Balance multiple assignments to meet client timelines.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed.
