Job summary

HealthNet is seeking a Clinical Education Manager to oversee the immunization program across multiple clinics in Indianapolis. The role focuses on maintaining immunization policies, training staff, and coordinating EHR and information systems related to vaccines.

The position requires RN licensure in Indiana, a nursing ASN/BSN preferred, and 1–3 years of clinical education experience. Travel to HealthNet sites is required.

Qualifications

• Requires current RN licensure in Indiana.
• ASN or BSN degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of clinical education experience.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Knowledge of state required immunizations and ACIP recommendations.
• Familiarity with IDOH guidelines and VFC standards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively; travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the immunization program operations and quality.
• Coordinates training and supports immunization information systems.
• Ensures vaccines are stored, tracked, and documented per CDC/IDOH guidelines.
• Serves as HealthNet's liaison with IDOH Immunization Division.
• Develops and implements education programs for staff and clinics.
• Maintains EHR changes and addresses system issues as needed.
• Monitors performance, provides feedback, and coordinates projects.
• Ensures compliance with VFC and CHIRP requirements.
