• Requires current RN licensure in Indiana.
• ASN in Nursing; BSN degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of clinical education experience.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Knowledge of state required immunizations and ACIP recommendations.
• Knowledge of IDOH guidelines and VFC standards.
• Effective collaboration, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and utilize time management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Frequent local travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of HealthNet’s immunization program.
• Provide technical support, training, and coordinate operational issues for immunization information systems.
• Ensure quality, quantity, consistency, and cost-effectiveness of immunizations used by the organization.
• Serve as HealthNet’s liaison with IDOH Immunization Division.
• Develop and oversee immunization policies, procedures, and EHR workflow changes.
• Address EHR system issues; manage vaccine storage and transport protocols.
• Lead projects such as immunization interface implementations and measures to improve rates and reduce wastage.
• Train site coordinators on EHR vaccine setup and ongoing immunization education.
