HealthNet is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to promote excellence in clinical nursing practice, education, and consultative services across its Indianapolis network. The role emphasizes advanced clinical care, teaching, and program development to improve patient outcomes.

The position requires MS in FNP, current Indiana NP license with prescriptive authority, board certification, and CSR/DEA credentials. Travel to various HealthNet sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required to practice as an FNP and prescriptive authority.
• Indiana Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority.
• National Board Certification as an FNP.
• CSR and DEA licenses.
• BLS certification; other ALS may be required per unit policies.

• Assess health status via history, exam, preventive screening, and risk factor identification.
• Develop treatment plans and differential diagnoses to maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide clinical education, consult with health team, and support staff.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and participate in policy development.
• Collaborate across departments to assess learning needs and plan staff education.
