Responsibilities include leading vaccination clinics, vaccine logistics, data entry into IIS/CHIRP, and collaboration with health partners. Requires RN license, BSN, and 2+ years of public health nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Indiana RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Associate 4 years relevant experience acceptable).
• Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience; public health or community settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of public health core functions, disease prevention, and health education.
• Experience presenting to medical and general audiences both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead measles vaccination clinic planning, organization, and execution in satellite and pop-up settings.
• Coordinate outbreak vaccine distribution and supplies.
• Provide clinical oversight, vaccine administration, patient screening, and follow-up.
• Maintain medical documentation via IIS/CHIRP.
• Serve as vaccinators and registration coordinators during outbreak clinics.
