Job summary

University of Utah’s Student Health Center is seeking a program support role to assist with the administration and development of department programs, including immunization compliance. The position will involve data compilation, information distribution, and routine inquiries in a university health setting.

You will coordinate with students and partners, prepare materials, and help track trends to inform program needs. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a daytime schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent plus two years of related experience required.
• Ability to use logic to prioritize tasks and to communicate effectively.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing department programs and immunization compliance.
• Compile, sort, and organize data for database entry and reporting.
• Answer phones, provide information, and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate activities with students, departments, and program partners.
• Create and distribute program materials and forms.
