Job summary

The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inc. seeks an Immunization Compliance Program Assistant to support the administration and development of department programs in the Student Health Center.

Responsibilities include planning, data organization, answering inquiries, and coordinating with students and partners. Required qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent plus two years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with word processing and database

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent with two years related experience
• Ability to use logic and prioritize tasks
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required
• Bachelor's degree may be preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists with program planning and implementation for immunization compliance
• Compiles and organizes data for entry into a database
• Answers telephones and distributes information to callers
• Coordinates activities with students, departments, and partners
• Assists in creation and distribution of program materials and forms
• May track trends to determine future program needs
• May provide program-specific training
• Other duties as assigned
