Job summary

The role is full-time and hybrid, with hours 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, and an emphasis on data entry, communications, and program materials.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required, plus two years of related experience.
• Ability to use logic and prioritize tasks; strong communication skills.
• CDC-immunization standards knowledge or willingness to learn is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, word processing, and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with immunization compliance program planning and implementation.
• Compile, sort, and organize data for database entry and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries from students and staff and coordinate activities.
• Create and distribute program materials and general correspondence.
• Track trends to determine future program needs and provide training as needed.
