You will interpr et for non-Spanish-fluent attorneys, maintain case files, prepare petitions for mailing, and assist with various legal tasks. The role offers growth in immigration law and hands-on learning opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Assist paralegals and attorneys with case preparation and documentation.
• Prepare and mail immigration petitions and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients when needed.
• Assist in client document collection and gathering final petition assistance.
• Assist with office tasks and workflow management.
• Support ongoing projects and initiatives within the firm.
