Immigration Law PLLC is seeking an Immigration Legal Assistant fluent in Spanish to join our team. You will support attorneys with preparing and filing immigration documents, manage client files, and keep cases moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions and applications.
• Manage client cases, including preparing case files and updating clients on status.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memoranda on immigration issues.
• Assist with client communications and document requests, drafting correspondence and forms.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and other law firms as needed.
• Assist with the department calendar, scheduling appointments and court appearances.
