Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update appointment calendars as needed.
• Support attorneys and paralegals with data entry and case-related administrative tasks.
• Prepare forms and correspondence for client communications.
• Perform general office duties, including scanning, filing, and document management.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Assist with additional administrative projects and responsibilities assigned by the Managing Attorney or Office Manager.
