Job summary

BI Incorporated operates the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) for DHS and ICE, delivering intensive supervision and case management supported by monitoring technology and community partners.

ISAP participants are managed from entry to release under DHS contracts. Primary duties include maintaining accurate case records, conducting home visits to verify residence, and performing additional duties as assigned to ensure program compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or case management experience required; experience with law, social work, detention, or multi-cultural clients preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required; must have lived in the US in the last 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and prepare reports.
• Sound judgment and ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to work tactfully with the public and handle multicultural contacts sensitively.
• Basic knowledge of immigration laws and procedures; ability to use standard office software.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to operate necessary department software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate and complete ISAP case records; maintains confidentiality.
• Conducts home visits to verify participants’ residences in compliance with contractual obligations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
