Job summary

Qualifications

  • US citizenship and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
  • Minimum 21 years of age and valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years experience in immigration case management support or related fields.
  • Ability to work on-site with 25% travel.
  • Pass criminal background and consumer credit checks; obtain DHS/ICE clearance.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills; English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ICE immigration officials processing immigration cases and related activities.
  • Prepare, review, and manage case files with accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurately enter data into ICE systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and update electronic and paper case files in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Retrieve and organize court records and supporting materials from multiple sources.
  • Generate case status reports and dashboards; track case status details.
  • Coordinate hearings and interviews with detainees, ICE personnel, and legal representatives.
