Job summary

Akima Global Services is seeking Case Processing Specialists for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide administrative support within Arizona's immigration detention facilities.

Qualifications

• US citizen and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 3+ years experience in immigration case management support or related experience.
• Pass a criminal background and consumer credit check.
• Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ICE immigration officials.
• Prepare, review, and manage case files.
• Ensure case status is updated and accurate.
• Organize and prepare removal documents.
• Assist ICE personnel with scheduling interviews.
