Job summary

Akima is seeking Case Processing Specialists in Tucson, Arizona to provide comprehensive administrative support for ICE immigration officials. Key responsibilities include managing case files, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and assisting with scheduling removals. Candidates must have a high school diploma, citizenship, and at least 3 years’ experience in case management.

This on-site position requires strong writing, critical thinking, and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • US citizen and resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • 3+ years’ experience in immigration case management support or related areas.
  • Pass a criminal background and consumer credit check.
  • Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance.
  • Ability to work on-site with 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ICE immigration officials.
  • Prepare, review, and manage case files.
  • Ensure case status accuracy in ICE systems.
  • Assist with docket coordination with EOIR and USCIS.
  • Organize and prepare removal documents.
