Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is hiring a Case Processing Specialist in the United States to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will work under ICE field office direction to ensure accurate files and timely updates.

You will enter data into ICE systems, maintain case status records, and coordinate interviews, removals, and scheduling with ICE and legal staff. Logistical support and after-hours surge tasks are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1 year of related industry experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documents or conducting immigration/detention interviews preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to exercise initiative and handle confidential duties.

Responsibilities

• Process cases, manage immigration records, and prepare documents.
• Review files for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter data into ICE systems and ensure privacy compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date case status records and docket details.
• Coordinate interviews, removals, and scheduling with ICE and legal staff.
• Prepare removal documents and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide logistical support and surge after-hours as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate’s degree or 1 year related industry experience
