The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to assist ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation.

Under the direction of ICE field office personnel, you will process cases, manage files, and ensure accurate data across systems. Responsibilities include entering data into ICE systems, updating A-files, and coordinating with ICE officers and legal representatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or one year of related industry experience required.
• Experience with reviewing law enforcement documents or immigration case files preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration-related case files and documentation.
• Assist with maintaining A-files and DHS databases.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with policy.
• Coordinate with ICE, EOIR, USCIS, and other agencies as needed.
• Prepare and organize removal documents and related materials.
• Provide administrative support and surge coverage after hours.
