Job summary

The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. seeks a Case Processing Specialist to assist ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will work under ICE field office supervision to maintain accurate case files and support coordination of interviews and removals.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, familiarity with DHS/ICE data systems, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1 year of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and DHS/ICE documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration cases and perform records management and document preparation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of case files and A-files in ICE systems.
• Enter and verify data in ICE systems; maintain privacy and data security compliance.
• Organize court records and materials from multiple databases and sources.
• Generate case status reports and support docket coordination with EOIR/USCIS.
• Coordinate interviews, removals, and legal representation logistics as needed.
• Provide after-hours surge support and perform other duties as assigned.
