GEO Group is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely case updates within ICE systems.

Responsibilities include handling case files, coordinating interviews, and ensuring privacy and DHS policy alignment. Strong organizational skills and experience with A-files are important for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1 year of related experience required.
• Knowledge of immigration case processing and DHS databases preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to exercise initiative and handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
• Experience with interviews for immigration or detention-related purposes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process cases and perform all peripheral activities, immigration records management, and document preparation.
• Prepare, review, and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect a current, accurate case status.
• Accurately enter data into ICE systems in line with agency protocols.
• Maintain electronic and paper-based case files, adhering to privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Coordinate interviews between detainees, ICE officers, consulates, and legal representatives.
