Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year of related industry experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar PC applications.
• Ability to exercise initiative and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration cases and manage records and document preparation.
• Review case files for accuracy and ensure complete documentation.
• Enter data into ICE systems with accuracy and compliance to policies.
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper case files under privacy laws and DHS guidelines.
• Coordinate interviews, docket management, and removal-related paperwork with ICE and legal entities.
