Job summary

The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. is hiring a Case Processing Supervisor to oversee immigration case processing, records management, and document preparation for ICE personnel. You will guide staff, ensure accurate A-files, and maintain up-to-date case status across electronic and paper files.

You will coordinate with EOIR/USCIS, schedule interviews, and assist with removal processes. A background in immigration documentation and supervisory experience is required, with strong MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or one year of directly related experience.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement or immigration documents is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively.
• Knowledge of immigration case processing objectives, policies and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Case Processing Specialist in processing cases and immigration records management.
• Assist with preparation and management of case files.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect accurate case status and updates.
• Maintain and update electronic and paper-based case files per privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Organize court records and supporting documents from multiple sources.
• Track case status, scheduling details and case tracking logs.
• Generate case status reports and dashboards for monitoring.
• Coordinate docket with EOIR/USCIS and schedule interviews and hearings.
• Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy; notify officers as needed.
• Assist with scheduling removals and preparing removal documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
