GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Processing Specialist Supervisor to provide guidance on processing of immigration cases and records management for ICE personnel.

You will oversee documentation preparation and ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect accurate case statuses. The role requires coordinating with ICE officers, EOIR, and USCIS, maintaining files in compliance with privacy laws, and generating status reports and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or one year of related industry experience.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documents or immigration case files.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to write memos.

Responsibilities

• Lead Case Processing Specialists in case processing and documentation.
• Assist preparation and management of case files for accuracy.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect current case status.
• Maintain electronic and paper case files in compliance with laws.
• Retrieve and organize court records and supporting materials.
• Generate case status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate interviews and removal scheduling with ICE partners.
• Direct removal document prep and coordinate flights.
