Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field is required.
• One year of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or related field is required.
• Bilingual skills preferred; strong written and verbal communication is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provides case processing and administrative support to ICE mission, including records management and document preparation.
• Enters case data into ICE systems with accuracy and data integrity.
• Retrieves and organizes court records and supporting materials for ICE review or hearings.
• Assists ICE legal staff with criminal history checks and supplementary documents as needed.
• Prepares and manages case files, updates A-files, and notifies docket officers for ICE action.
• Coordinates with EOIR/USCIS to schedule hearings and adjudications.
