CSG Law’s Immigration Practice Group is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of experience handling matters related to business immigration for our New York office. Our desired candidate possesses experience handling EB‑1, EB‑2, EB‑3, PERM, H‑1B, H2B, L‑1, E‑1, E‑2 and O‑1 matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing employment‑based immigration as a licensed attorney.
• Experience working in a high‑volume business immigration practice group.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time‑management skills.

This position is hybrid from the firm’s New York office.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $185,000 – $215,000. Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend on the qualifications, years of experience, education, certifications, and location of the applicant.
