A full-service immigration firm in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with at least 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting various immigration petitions and responses. A J.D. degree and excellent communication skills are essential. • Must have experience drafting and filing various immigration petitions.
• Experience with PERM labor certification, I-140, I-485, IV/NIV processing is essential.

Job description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available for a Business Immigration Attorney with experience in a full-service immigration firm near the Manhattan, NY area. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including medical insurance, PTO and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3+ years of Immigration Law work experience.
• Ability to write, research, and prepare E1, E2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, L1, Blanket L1, L1-A, L1-B, TN and O-1 petitions.
• Proficiency drafting and filing responses to RFEs is a MUST.
• PERM labor certification, I-140, I-485, IV/NIV status, and Consular processing experience is a MUST.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, organized, and positive attitude is a MUST.
• J.D. degree is REQUIRED (NY Bar Admission preferred).
