BCG Attorney Search in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Immigration Attorney with 3–5 years of immigration experience in a growing practice focused on removal defense, family-based petitions, EOIR and USCIS matters.

You will manage a diverse caseload, interview clients, prepare applications, and collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal assistants. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Immigration Law.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and advance cases.
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and USCIS applications.
• Familiarity with Case Management Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and prepare clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony.
• Represent individuals in removal proceedings at Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
• Manage a workload of diverse immigration cases.
• Conduct intake with detained individuals at centers.
• Prepare immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions.
• Review and adjust immigration applications/packets as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and community organizations on immigration law changes.
• Conduct strategic immigration consultations with potential clients.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases.
