Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an immigration attorney for our Glendale, AZ office to focus on family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. The role offers the opportunity to work with nationally recognized experts and to engage in meaningful legal advocacy.

The attorney will handle a high-volume caseload, prepare complex applications, conduct client interviews, and represent clients before USCIS and immigration courts.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian and family-based immigration cases.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Technological proficiency, including comfort with remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in firmwide case strategy meetings and continuing legal education.
  • Maintain organized, accurate case notes using Filevine.
  • Ensure exceptional client service with a trauma-informed, compassionate approach.

Duties

Experience
  • Experience with VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, I-601A waivers, and removal defense.
  • Filevine or similar case management software experience.
  • Court representation experience.
