Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission required.
• Minimum 1 year of immigration law experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and multitask.
• Fluency in multiple languages and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in immigration court and in filing petitions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration laws and procedures.
• Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS.
• Prepare and file immigration applications, including petitions for visas, permanent residency, and citizenship.
• Conduct legal research and draft complex legal briefs.
• Communicate regularly with clients and update them on case status.
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and regulations.

• Preparing and filing immigration applications, including petitions for visas, permanent residency, and citizenship
• Conducting legal research and drafting complex legal briefs
• Communicating regularly with clients and updating them on their case status
• Staying up to date with the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations

Immigration Attorney Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in immigration law practice.
• Fluency in multiple languages.

• Experience representing clients in immigration court.
