Duties

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of business immigration legal points and developments. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level clients. Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring quality and risk management. Lead projects and immigration cases from start to finish. Allocate resources and responsibilities to ensure project success. Develop strategic plans to strengthen client relationships. Anticipate market changes and provide intelligence to team and clients. Lead continuous improvement processes for team efficiency and quality. Identify and engage in business development opportunities. Manage or collaborate on client presentations and meetings. Provide leadership and mentorship to Associates and staff. Ensure compliance with firm protocols and standards. Develop a network of relationships within the firm.

Requirements

U.S. JD or LLM required. Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association. 8+ years of experience at Associate level. Expertise in immigration law. Prior team management experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dedication to exceptional client service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
