Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Immigration Associate Attorney in the United States. This role focuses on employment-based immigration, offering junior attorneys direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility, and mentorship in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include handling H-1B, TN, O, P, and E-2 matters, researching laws, drafting petitions and client communications, and advising corporate clients on strategy. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required or preferred.
  • Active admission to a U.S. State Bar is required.
  • 2–5 years of employment-based immigration experience preferred.
  • Experience handling H-1B, TN, O, P, and E-2 visa matters.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organization and client-service skills.

  • Handle employment-based immigration matters including H-1B petitions, TN applications, O and P visa renewals.
  • Prepare and manage petitions from initiation through filing and adjudication.
  • Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations and draft petitions, letters, and memoranda.
  • Advise corporate clients and foreign nationals on immigration processes and case strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior immigration attorneys and counsel clients directly.

Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Immigration Associate Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney seeking to build a strong foundation in employment-based immigration law while gaining direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including:
  • H-1B petitions
  • TN applications
  • O and P visa renewals
  • Prepare and manage petitions from initiation through filing and adjudication.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze immigration laws and regulations.
  • Draft petitions, support letters, legal memoranda, and client communications.
  • Advise corporate clients and foreign nationals regarding immigration processes and case strategy.
  • Work closely with experienced immigration attorneys on complex matters and client counseling.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Active admission to any U.S. State Bar.
  • 2-5 years of employment-based immigration experience preferred.
  • Experience handling H-1B, TN, O, P, and E-2 visa matters.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and client-service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
