Qualifications

• Requires JD from ABA-accredited law school and active license in the U.S.

• Strong legal research and case management skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise, mentor paralegals and immigration staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, varied immigration caseload (PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN).
• Directly supervise, mentor, and review daily work of paralegals and assistants.
• Conduct consultations with foreign national employees on visa strategies.
• Review and finalize complex legal documents before government filing.
• Perform legal research on evolving DOL regulations and USCIS policies.
