BAL is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join our Houston, TX team. You will manage immigration case work, supervise a team of legal assistants, and represent clients in business immigration matters with a focus on efficiency and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and license to practice law in the U.S. is required.
• Excellent English writing and oral communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of business immigration law.
• Maintain high-level communication with clients.
• Oversee and manage a team of legal assistants in case preparation work.
• Train Immigration Assistants and Paralegals.
• Ensure case work quality and consistency throughout the office.
• Coordinate with other attorneys and maintain timely intake processes.
