Qualifications

• Requires ABA-accredited law school J.D. degree.
• 12 months of experience in the job offered or in an Attorney-related occupation.
• Active license to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload (PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN).
• Directly supervise and mentor paralegals and immigration assistants.
• Conduct foreign national consultations and advise on visa strategies.
• Review and finalize complex legal documents prior to government filing.
• Use BAL’s Cobalt® case management technology to monitor workflows and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with government and firm standards.
